Raw Mexican Pate

Yield:6 Servings
Ingredients:
1 c sunflower seeds, soaked overnight, then rinsed
1 carrot, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
2 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground cayenne
1/2 c onion, chopped

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process till a pate-like consistency.Place on a serving dish and shape into pate.

Per Serving:162 calories, 14g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 487mg, 44g carbohydrates, 28g protein, 16g fiber, 34mg omega-3.
