Banana Carob Smoothie

This delicious shake is the perfect alternative to chocolate shake minus the fat and guilt.

Yield:1 Serving
Ingredients:
1 c plain or vanilla soymilk
1 ripe banana, sliced in pieces
1 tsp. carob powder

1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and serve immediately.
