Ingredients:
1/4 ripe guava, seeds removed, cut in chunks
1/2 banana, peeled, sliced
1/2 tsp. flax seeds
1/2 c almond milk
2 oz.pineapple, chopped
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Pour in a glass and enjoy.
Per Serving: 144 calories, 30g carbohydrates, 2.75g protein, 1g fat,0mg cholesterol, 74mg sodium.
