Ingredients:
1/2 ripe banana, peeled, sliced
1/2 mango, peeled, cubed
1/4 small papaya,seeded, peeled, cubed
1 c orange juice
1/2 tsp. flax seeds
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Pour inside a glass and enjoy.
