Yield:1 large Serving
Ingredients:
1/2 banana, peeled, sliced
1 c almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. raw honey or agave syrup
1 Tbsp. carob molasses or carob powder
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until evenly combined.Pour in a large glass and enjoy.
Per Serving:400 calories, 58g carbohydrates, 8g protein, 10.5g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 208mg sodium.
