Carrot, Apple & Sweet Potato Juice Blend

Yield:1 Serving Ingredients: 2 carrots, ends trimmed 1 apple, cut into eighths, seeds removed 1 celery stalk 1/2 small sweet potato, halved 4 sprigs parsley 2oz. wheat grass 1. Process all ingredients in a juicer.Pour in a glass.Stir and enjoy. Per Serving:150 calories, 0.71 g fat, 35g carbohydrates, 3g protein, 8g fiber, 0mg cholesterol, 186mg sodium.
